Mr. Hajek has also held interim CFO, President and General Manager positions in sales, operations and finances for a variety of companies. He has over 18 years of experience:
- Managing all aspects of financial reporting and analysis of publicly and privately held companies;
- Developing and executing reorganization, liquidation and strategic business plans;
- Leading the analysis and negotiation of mergers and acquisitions, credit line and debt refinancing, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships;
- Integrating business operations of acquired companies into parent companies;
- Negotiating creditor work-out plans; and,

Managing the wind-down of companies in several industries.
Mr. Hajek has extensive experience in service organizations, retail, construction, real estate, manufacturing and agricultural companies. Mr. Hajek recently served as restructuring advisor to a Midwest food service company, a retail furniture distributor, an information technology company and a manufacturing company.
Mr. Hajek holds a B.S. in accounting from St. John’s University, an M.B.A in Finance from the University of St. Thomas, and is a Certified Turnaround Professional. Mr. Hajek has served as Chairman of the Church of the Incarnation Financial Advisory Board and as Director of Smarte Carte Australia. Mr. Hajek is a member or past member of the following:
- Multicultural Diversity Center, serving as strategic planning advisor to its board of directors;
- American Institute of Certified Public Accountants;
- Minnesota Society of CPAs;
- Association of Certified Turnaround Professionals; and,
- Turnaround Management Association, serving as Upper Midwest Chapter board member, Chapter President, and international board member.
