Brock's experience includes financial modeling and reporting, financial planning, cash flow review, budgeting and forecasting, economic value-added analysis, and strategic pricing in such varied industries as retail, construction supply, boat manufacturing, printing and leisure travel. 
Prior to his work at Alliance, Mr. Kline served as Lead Financial Analyst at Target Corporation, supporting Capital Finance through enhanced budgeting processes and analysis of strategic growth areas.
Since joining Alliance in 2008, Mr. Kline's engagements have comprised an array of industries and projects, including:

Restructure and reorganization advisor in the construction suppy, printing, retail, restaurant and banking industries;

Financial advisor to an aluminum casting manufacturer, a newspaper union, and a travel agency;

Creditor workout advisor; and,

Creditor committee advisor.
Mr. Kline is currently a member of the Upper Midwest Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association and holds a B.A. in Financial Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.
